Day 3 - It's Raining

I'm truly sorry for the title but I'm not talking about Rain's song 'It's Raining'. lol

But this is what the weather was like yesterday. It was raining all day and it got even worse in the evening. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleee until 3AM..
We went out to see some parts of our neighborhood anyways. (LOVE it here, really.)
But why are there flags of every country? Is it about the Olympic Games here..? Need to ask someone next week. haha

(Oh, once we're talking to people and tell them we're German they congratulate us for winning the World Cup.. you see, it's nice. But it's not like we were playing on the field that day..)
