Day 13 - Myeongdong Part 2

Long story short - spending moneeeey.
Time to show you all the CDs I've bought in two weeks (and why I think I'll be broke all the time once I'm living in Korea)
Yes, I've bought some stuff for my family as well but since it's a surprise I definitely won't upload photos now.
A lot? Maybe. Whatever. It still fits into my suitcase (I was surprised as well..) so I don't really care. #yolo #hashtagforfun hehe

Day 12 - Lotte World Adventure

Whoever had the idea of building a theme park like this - may he be blessed by everything.
It's so confusing. 4 floors, so many possibilities to go up and down and walk left, right.. it's just unbelievable.
Also Magic Island, the outdoor park, is really really nice though it's rather small.
I don't really know how to describe all those impressions.. You need to go there yourself to undertand what I'm talking about.
But the waiting areas are really long. Like.. you need to expect at least 30, more likely 60 to 80 minutes of waiting for each attraction. But it's worth it so.. yah, whatever.
And while waiting for one attraction we met a really nice couple. After waiting together for 90 minutes we've been doing some other things together and had dinner. Before someone's asking - yes, we changed KaTalk IDs so we can keep in touch. And I guess once I'm going to Seoul for university meeting up shouldn't be a problem. (*cough* I wanted to get to know some people already so things would be a little easier for me - congrats to myself, good job *cough*)
At 8PM a huge parade started - inside. So many lights and.. - excuse you Korea for being crazy but awesome - a firework. A firework inside a huge room. Perfect 'what the actual fuck' moment.
But yeah.. photos. Just a sec. XD

Day 11 - Myeongdong Part 1

Yeaaaaah. We want to Myeongdong. One of the best shopping areas for young people. And because we went back on Sunday I think this is part 1.
I bought a few new shirts, nail polish (holy shit, I love Korean nail polish, don't judge me) and some other small things.
And a CD. 50% cheaper than usually. I love summer sale.
Okay, okay, not really pretty photos but common, I was exhausted aft hours of shopping.

Day 10 - Gangnam and Cube Cafe

Yeah, I know I'm late, bla, some issues, bla, whatever.
Thursday. And we went to Gangnam zo see the Cube Cafe and JYP. You see, K-Pop fans, K-Pop sightseeing.. at least a little bit.. makes sense.
So.. at first finding the cafe was weird. We had a 'how to get there' part from visitseoul but really.. it was confusing. Until I started to read the signs (that are actually for cars but fts, it worked).
So, when you want to get there -Cheongdam Station Exit 9 and then walk straight for about 10 minutes until you see Cheongdam Intersection (청담사거리 on signs if I remember right).
Cross the intersection (just use the flashlight) and turn right. Then the third street on the right, walk straight until a small intersection and you should see the JYPE building in front of you. If you walk right, you'll see Cube on the right.
Well, we needed a moment to cool down outside and sat down in the shadow.. you want to make a guess what happened?
Minhyuk (from BTOB) just walked down the street and went into a fitness studio.
As some of you might know Minhyuk was my first ultimate bias.. one of my first bias ever. Mental breakdown sounds too nice. My poor feels.
Well, whatever. I feel way better now.
Just sharing some photos now and then I should go on. Writing the other posts.

Day 8 and 9 - Like what?

Yes. Like what? We basically didn't go anywhere.
Okay, going out to meet someone today but.. nothing else. I was walking around the Fortress Trail and Hyehwamun yesterday for about 15 minutes but I wasn't in the mood to follow the wall any longer as it was hot and humid.
Today? Having breakfast at an Italian restaurant, ending up at a café, my German friend leaving and then me hanging out with a Korean friend alone.
I regret nothing. Comparing Korea and Germany? Talking about some koreaboos thinking pink, sparkling unicorns are in South Korea?
No, I don't regret it.
And there's someone I know once I'll end up in Korea for my studies. After all I'm quite happy today. (And excuse me but I can't wear any jeans anymore.. it's uncomfortable now and way too hot outside)
Ah, I'm talking nonsense. Just wanted to tell you I'm still pretty much alive and actually healthy aaaand.. yes.
Oh, btw, I had a Pizza Burger and a Pasta Sandwich yesterday. Pasta on a sandwich.. excuse you, Korea, it's awesome but you need to get used to it. haha

Day 7 - Gwanghwamun and Yeouido

First: Holy sh*t, I can't believe we've been here for exactly a week in 5 hours.
Time flies by so fast. I'll be back in my beloved city Fukuoka in about a week. ♡
Enough, I love Seoul as well.
So today we went to Gwanghwamun first. You know, Gwanghwamun Square appeared really often in dramas and then again.. standing there. It doesn't really feel like it's real but it is.. weird.
A group from Mokpo asked my friend and me to take a photo with them. I think they wandered to Seoul and wore orange shirts. Why I mention this? If one of those ever reads this entry, please contact me! I need to see those photos once. hahahaha
Okay, dancing Gangnam Style was weird and I basically died.. and the guys told us how beautiful we were (yes, I feel amazing :P Ill never understand why Asian guys like me but German don't.. what's the difference? Whyyy?! Like.. I give up on understanding men.)
After leaving Gwanghwamun we went to Yeouido. First the IFC Mall.
Theres a light smell of perfume but really weak so it actually smells pretty fresh and nice (yes, I pay attention to such things), the shops are okay.. I have H&M in Germany as well, why would I go shopping there in Korea?
I'm the happiest person on earth when entering book stores. You see, the book stores sell everything about the media and there are huge CD sections actually. I was so happy when I found the CDs at YP Books ;; And I mean 30.000 Won for 3 CDs isn't much. No shipping fees, and cheaper than on the internet.
Following we actually wanted to go to Seoul Color Park and Piano Waterway but whoever wrote this description needs to freaking tell me where there's a Mini Stop?! Are you f**king kidding me?!
However, we've been exploring the Yeouido Park instead. It's a really nice park seen in movies and dramas as well. Suddenly there's this green place surrounded by huge company buildings..
Whatever, I've been talking enough already. Some pictures should be enough, so yeah~
